All prices are inclusive of travel expenses within our service area. There are no fuel surcharges or after-hours loadings. The price you see is the price you pay.

We don't take your pet's body away immediately unless you'd like us to. This is your time with them, for as long as you need. If you're not ready for cremation arrangements right away, we also offer refrigerated overnight holding so you have a little more time to decide. We work with trusted local cremation services who can collect from your home at a time that suits you.
End-of-life care fees are often claimable through pet insurance depending on your policy. We provide a detailed invoice after your visit. It is worth checking with your insurer beforehand.
Palliative visits: a $50 deposit is collected at booking to confirm your appointment — credited in full toward your final bill, not an extra charge.
End-of-life visits: the $399 flat fee is paid securely at the time of booking, so nobody has to handle a payment during your time of grief. If you cancel, or your pet passes naturally before we arrive, the full amount is refunded.
