Common questions

Common questions about cost

How much does pet euthanasia at home cost in Brisbane?

$399, one flat fee for every pet, whatever their size or species. It includes the home visit, travel, gentle sedation first, an unhurried farewell, a paw print memento on request, and care and transport afterwards.

Is there an extra charge for evening or weekend visits?

No. Evening visits are what we do. The $399 fee is the same every evening, seven days a week.

Is cremation included in the price?

Cremation is separate, so you only pay for the option you choose. Communal aftercare is $140, billed by us. Private cremation with ashes returned starts from $250, billed directly by our cremation partner.

Does a large dog cost more than a cat?

Not for the visit. The $399 fee is the same for every pet. Private cremation starts from $250, and the cremation provider will confirm the final price for your chosen package.

When do I pay?

The fee is paid securely when you book, so nobody has to handle a payment on the day. It’s refunded in full if you cancel, or if your pet passes away naturally before we arrive.

How much does a palliative care visit cost?

$120 per visit, with travel included and medicines extra. If a palliative visit and an end-of-life visit fall on the same day, the $120 is credited in full, so you pay a $279 balance.
